At the end of your stay, we would be grateful if you would take the time to complete the short, confidential questionnaire which was given to you on admission. The responses from these completed questionnaires help us maintain and improve our high standards and methods of working.

Completing a patient satisfaction survey:

Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires are available in all patient rooms and can also be obtained from the nursing stations on the ward. This questionnaire relates to your appointment and experience with us. It is completely anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete.
