Senior management team

Kate Farrow – Health System Director

Kate joined Parkside Hospital / Cancer Centre London as Health System Director in March 2023 having previously worked at King Edward VII’s Hospital since 2019 both as Deputy CEO and Director of Operations.

She has also held several senior leadership roles within the NHS. Kate has a longstanding passion for delivering outstanding patient care and experience and building successful teams and has gathered a wealth of experience throughout her career working both in Canada and the UK and within both private and NHS hospitals.

She holds a MSc in Public Health and Health Promotion, as well as an Executive Certificate in Managing Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School.

 

Liz Dowling – Director of Nursing and Clinical Services

Liz has been a nurse for over 30 years and has worked in many roles over this time with extensive experience in surgical, orthopaedics and management. She has worked in the Private sector for the last 17 years and her role is to provide clinical leadership and operational management for all clinical services provided within the hospital. She is responsible for driving the quality governance agenda and for supporting the business development needs within all the clinical departments.

 

Pinache Khan – Development Director

Pinache has 20+ years experience in healthcare roles across the private, NHS and international health sectors. Soon after graduating with a Master’s degree in International Health Management from Imperial College London, Pinache was part of a pioneering team that successfully developed, from inception through to commissioning and operation, a 250 bed specialist neuro and cardiac private hospital in Malaysia. After four years Pinache returned to the UK and joined HCA London Bridge Hospital, followed by East London NHS Foundation Trust. She joined us in March 2018 and plays a key role in hospital growth.
