Parkside Hospital welcomes new Hospital Director, Phil Bates

We are pleased to announce that Phil Bates has been appointed as the new Hospital Director of Parkside Hospital.

Phil holds extensive experience having previously worked as Hospital Director of The Holly Private Hospital for 5 years’ and prior to this he worked for Ramsay Healthcare as General Manager of Ashtead and North Downs Hospital in Surrey. 

Speaking about his new role, Phil Bates said:

“I am delighted to be taking up the role of Hospital Director, Parkside has a great reputation in the community and is well known as the local private hospital of choice.  I join the team at an exciting time having just been rated “Good” by the independent healthcare inspector the Care Quality Commission, I look forward to leading the team and delivering on a commitment for healthcare which is known for being safe and high quality.  I’m keen to ensure we understand the changing needs of our community who rely on the hospital for their care and working with our team to develop our service range further.”
