Following medical school at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals, Mr Patel undertook surgical training at King’s College, Guy’s and St George’s hospitals. Fellowship training took him to Brisbane, guided by Professor Ben Panizza to perform Skullbase surgery. He returned to a further skullbase and cochlear implant fellowship in Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge.
