Member Royal College of General Practitioners

Clinical interests:

Dr Quinton is a GP and a qualified nutritional therapist. As a GP, she sees all types of patients, including children, and holds the Diploma of Child Health. Dr Quinton has a particular interest in women’s health, hormones and menopause and has carried out clinical research into the psychological aspects of infertility. This was under the supervision of Professor Lord Winston. Being a GP with training in nutrition is a useful combination for modern general practice where lifestyle factors such as what we eat, how we sleep and how we move are so important. Dr Quinton tries to look at the root cause for symptoms and focuses on the whole person; not just the disease. She combines her training with over twenty years of experience in practice as a local GP. During this time, she has built up a great deal of knowledge of specialists and services in South West London. This helps her advise on referral choices for my patients when needed, to help optimise their wellness.

Training & background:

Dr Quinton qualified in Medicine at University College London Medical School in 1991, where she also gained an additional degree in Psychology. She then worked in Paediatrics.
