Paediatrics
Paediatrics is the branch of medicine concerned with the development of children and the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of childhood diseases.
We have a number of Consultant Paediatricians who hold regular outpatient clinics at Parkside Hospital, as well as consultants from most specialities including dermatology, ENT, oral surgery, ophthalmology and urology who treat children. Your consultant has access to our onsite Diagnostic Centre for any x-rays or scans which may be required to aid diagnosis. We offer a safe, friendly and supportive environment for young patients and their families.
Referrals
You will usually need to be referred to this service by a GP or other healthcare professional.
