Coming into Hospital
We recognise that coming into hospital, especially for the first time, can be an unfamiliar and sometimes daunting experience for some people. This is why our aim is to make your stay at Parkside Hospital as easy, relaxed and comfortable as possible.
On arrival, please report to the main reception where we will organise for you to be admitted and show you to your room so you can settle in and make yourself comfortable. If possible, please arrange for friends or family to bring you to the hospital as we generally advise against driving. However, there are parking spaces available should you decide to drive yourself.
Visitors and patients are not permitted to smoke anywhere within the hospital or grounds.

To this end we would be very grateful if you would complete and return our patient questionnaire at the end of your stay. Every year we collate the results of our inpatient questionnaires and publish them.
