Conditions - Reflux, peptic ulcers, coeliac disease, IBS, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, traveller's diarrhoea, alcoholic liver disease, viral hepatitis Procedues - Gastroscopy, colonoscopy, screening.
He graduated as a scholar from Cambridge University with first class honours and then with distinction from St Thomas’s Hospital Medical School in London where he was also a scholar. He trained initially under the supervision of Sir Richard Thompson, President of the Royal College of Physicians, then in teaching hospitals across London.
In addition to his clinical work he is active in teaching and research. He has written on colonoscopy, Helicobacter pylori and Clostridium difficile as well as health management topics. He graduated from INSEAD with a MBA with distinction, is Reader in Health Management at Imperial College London and a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
