Dr Geoffrey Knowles trained at Cambridge and University College Hospital. After completing clinical posts in London Teaching Hospitals and an MD at the Royal Brompton Hospital he was appointed as a Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at Kingston Hospital in 1981. He retired from the NHS in December 2009 but remains active in private practice and retains close links with Kingston Hospital, the Royal Brompton Hospital, Royal Marsdon Hospital and St Georges' Hospital.
He has sub-speciality interests and wide experience in all aspects of respiratory disease.
